The aim of this workshop is to teach you a safe way to massage each other. Once learned, these techniques are applied to help reduce stress and tension. It also helps to re-establish communications and uninhibited expressions on many levels.

The workshop begins at 10.00am with an introduction to the various techniques and movements used in massage. This will be followed with hands on instructions on the front of the body.

After lunch, which is supplied, we will concentrate on the back of the body.

By the end of the workshop you will have learned to give each other a relaxing, yet very beneficial and enjoyable full body massage.
