Remedial massage takes between 20 & 30 minutes, depending largely on the extent of your dysfunctions.

It is also governed by the amount of massage that your body can realistically handle at one time. Too much massage given at one time can be as ineffective as giving too little massage.

It is often the case that the earlier we can get onto your dysfunction the sooner it is sorted out. Long term dysfunctions can take a while to get on top of, simply because they have been accepted by your body as being normal.

Please note:- It is sometimes possible to get your fees for remedial massage reimbursed if your dysfunction is the result of an accident involving an insurance claim.

Being a more gentle massage than the remedial massage (though it is a deep tissue massage) you just need to lie back, relax and have all the hard work done for you.

A full body massage is an excellent restorative after a protracted illness, flu, ME (Myalgic encephalomyelitis), or any condition that drains and exhausts you on all levels.

Deep tissue full body massages takes about one hour, if you require a longer session then they are charged at £40.00 per hour.
