Every cell within our bodies contain consciousness. The cells within our bodies interact with each other and the other aspects of our consciousness which collectively makes us a human being. They are influenced by the environment that surrounds them which can nourish or deplete them, the environment can be external things like pollutants within the environment that we choose to live with, but more importantly they are influenced more directly by internal things which we create within aspects of our own being.

Let me expand on that a little. Our bodies have a built in natural defence mechanism called our immune system which helps us to survive infections and viruses etc. In order for the immune system to function to it maximum capacity, it needs to be free from the restrictive influences that we often place upon it.

Everything that we have had a problem embracing within our realities has created blockages within one or more aspects of consciousness, we call these inner conflicts (just think back to something which gives you grief whenever you think about it and you will understand what an inner conflict is). If we are storing negative aspects of consciousness, like anger, desires, jealousy, judgments, blame, fears, doubts, self limiting thought patterns and beliefs within our being, then because we do not know how to resolve these inner conflicts within our consciousness, we often repress them and push them down into our bodies where they are stored within the consciousness of the cells. This internal rubbish that is being stored within our cells, is literally choking the life out of us, repressing our immune system and manifesting as disharmony and disease.

Energy healing works in a similar way to having a shower or bath and cleaning our clothes when we have done something that has resulted in us becoming sweaty and filthy. Just as the cleansing process refreshes and cleans us, energy healing helps to remove the build up of the rubbish of our consciousness that we are storing within our bodies and helps us to re-harmonise and balance our matrix of consciousness so that we can function in a more focused and energetic way. It will assist the body to heal by the removal of the rubbish which is blocking it and making it sick, as well as assisting the life force energy that we create within us to become more positive and self serving.

Our energy matrix or matrix of consciousness consists of our energy generators which are often referred to as our 'chakras' and our energy reservoir which is often referred to as our 'aura'. We use the words energy generators and reservoir because they depict the function of each aspect.

The energy generators produce our vital life force in direct response to our aspects of consciousness. Each of the seven energy generators is linked to our seven aspects of being, the state of each energy generator and the quality of the life force it generates is largely dependent on the way we perceive ourselves.

We often combine our healing skills and work simultaneously during a Gaia-Now healing session to improve the overall synergistic healing effects of the session, obviously when two healers work together then the time element reduces by half, so one healer = one hour, whilst two healers will complete the same task in half an hour, the fee is the same to you though the synergistic effects of the session can be different.
