The long version:

Your Full Gaia-Now session begins with an explanation of what you session entails. We outline each part and what you can expect to happen, as well as why we do each section the way we do it.

Once you understand what you are going to receive we commence with a consultation to discuss and establish the issue(s) that has been having a negative, limiting effect on your life.

We will also discuss your energetic ties to other people. For just as we can have unhealthy emotional ties to other people, which will have a detrimental effect on our existence, we can also have unhealthy energetic ties which will often drain us of our vital life force as well as corrupting the energy our energy generators generate.

You will then receive an attunement to the Gaia-Now modality to help to bring your three levels of consciousness into focus for you. It also activates your unlimited creative and healing potentiality to help you resolve unresolved issues.

A further benefit is it will help to start focusing your awareness into the Now where your issues can be addressed in a non-judgmental way. You should experience a sense of calmness and a feeling of a coming together and stillness within you, a place where you can focus and think clearly and calmly.

After your attunement you will receive a Gaia-Now energy healing session, where we will heal and repair any problems that may be present in your energy matrix as well as addressing your physical healing requirements. We will effectively disconnect any of the energetic ties that you have asked us to remove as well as re-balancing and energising all of your energy flows, together with the clearing of your energy pathways.

This will be followed by a refreshment break to give you time to assimilate the transformational changes which have happened so far.

After your break, you will now receive a Gaia-Now meditative reprogramming session, which reprogrammes your negative and self limiting thought patterns and beliefs (which are causing your inner conflicts) into positive transformational ones. It will also help you to resolve past traumas and issues so they can be left firmly in the past where they belong, whilst you move positively forward into the Now.

We utilise digital sound equipment to reduce external disturbances during the meditative reprogramming part of your session. This enables us to talk to each other as well as allowing us to record the session, ready for archiving later on.

The sessions are archived to enable us to check how far we have progressed. This will stop us from going down the same road during any follow-up sessions.

You will finish your Full Gaia-Now session with personal development which brings the Now part of the modality into play.

Having removed your inner conflicts, we now use personal development to help you perceive that the way you form your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs directly affect your health and the way you set your goals and make your life choices in the Now.

What Happens Next?

A Full Gaia-Now session should have transformed your inner conflicts, (as long as they were known and are not too many to tackle in one session) which were the underlying cause of your problems, allowing inner healing to start to manifest positively into all areas of your life. So what happens next?

For some people a Full Gaia-Now session might well be enough to sort them out, (depending on the severity of the conflicts and the resulting manifestations) but you might find it helpful to consider following up your Full Gaia-Now session, with two or three shorter Gaia-Now energy healing sessions or/and reprogramming sessions.

The Gaia-Now energy healing sessions will help you to maintain the focus and impetus of your personal healing and development, which a Full Gaia-Now session will instigate, bringing it rapidly to a fruitful conclusion, further reprogramming sessions will help you to resolve any other issues which might surface, or any which we could not deal with during your session due to time restraints.
